Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe
Facts about Spaghetti: Spaghetti Bolognese is a famous Italian Recipe which is basically cooked with Beef, Meat and Sauce. It is a bunch of Tastes came from different mixture of herbs, Homemade Sauces and variety of meats used in it.
Ingredients for Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe
500gm Dried Spaghetti
500g Fresh Beef Mince
4 Smoked Streaky Bacon (finely diced)
2 Tablespoon Unsalted butter
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Medium Chopped Onion
1 Medium Chopped Carrot
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Fresh Chopped Tomato
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar (Optional)
1 Cup Red Wine
½ Cup Beef Stock or Chicken Stock
½ Cup Tomato Sauce
½ Tablespoon Salt
¼ Tablespoon Black Pepper
½ Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan
Herbs:
1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
1 Tablespoon Dried Thyme
1-2 Fresh Bay Leaves
Handful of Fresh Basil for Garnishing
Steps for Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe
Step1: Place a Fry Pan on a medium heat and add olive oil for you bacon to fry.
Step 2: Add Onions, Carrots and Garlic.
Step 3: Increase the heat, Add the Fresh Beef Mince and Stir until the meat turns brown.
Step 4: Add Chopped Tomatoes, Balsamic Vinegar and Red Wine and stir fry for 1-2 minutes on slow heat.
Step 5: Add Tomato Sauce, Herbs, Salt, Black Pepper and stir, for about 2 minutes.
Step 6: Add ½ Cup Chicken or Beef Stock and stir.
Step 7: While your Tomato Sauce is getting ready, add salt to a pan of boiling water and cook the Spaghetti according to the packet instructions.
Step 8: Serve it with Homemade Sauce and Parmesan Cheese over it.
